Policies & Warranties

All items come with a year warranty from the manufacturer. For defective product, please contact us via email with pictures or a video of the damaged product to get it replaced. Replacements of damaged product will only be authorized if within the "year warranty".

Product lead time is 3-4 weeks except for custom order items which have longer lead times.

Orders once processed are non-cancellable or returnable. All items are subject to approval from manufacturer before returning them and product must be in new (never used) condition and original packing. Fees will apply of up to 35-40% of manufacturer's restocking fees in case of an order cancellation or return. These fees are billable to the client.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once they are processed and under production with a factory regardless of motive.

Design Services are satisfaction guaranteed, but fees are not reimbursable or negotiable.

When purchasing a design service, you are entering into a contract with us. See full details and specifications of these services.

For all Design Projects, we require a minimum room allowance of $3,000.00 per room and a 70% purchase in home furnishings from the invoice total amount. By purchasing one of these services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipping charges are non-negotiable. 

We use a 3rd party White Glove Company. Fees are non-negotiable.

If an item becomes unavailable due to it being backordered or discontinued, a sales representative or your designer will notify you and suggest alternatives to reselect within 2 business days.
