Policies & Warranties

**All online sales require a minimum order purchase of $500.

Product lead time is 3-4 weeks except for custom order items, which have longer lead times.

Orders once processed are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. 

All items come with a one-year warranty from the manufacturer.

For defective products, please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase with pictures or a video of the damaged product to get it replaced. Replacements of damaged products will only be authorized if within the "one-year warranty". All items are subject to the manufacturer's return approval, and the product must be in new (never used) condition and original packaging. 

Manufacturer's restocking fees of up to 35-40% in case of an order cancellation or return are non-negotiable or refundable. These fees are billable to the client.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once they are processed and under production with a factory, regardless of motive.

Shipping charges are non-negotiable. 

We use a 3rd party White Glove Company for larger-scale items. Fees are non-negotiable.

If an item becomes unavailable due to being backordered or discontinued, a sales representative will notify you and suggest alternatives to reselect within 2 business days. 

Gifts 

All items have a 30-day warranty.
